Australian Anna Campbell was a double RITA finalist in 2008 and has won numerous awards for her emotional, passionate historical romance. She finalled in the RWA R*BY Award in 2008 and 2009. Her current release CAPTIVE OF SIN was chosen as one of the 100 best books of 2009 by Publishers Weekly and TEMPT THE DEVIL is a finalist in the 2009 Romantic Times Reviewers Choice Awards.
Anna’s next release is MY RECKLESS SURRENDER in June 2010. Her short story “Upon a Midnight Clear” appears in THE MAMMOTH BOOK OF REGENCY ROMANCE, also June 2010. Yvonne Lindsay made her first sale to New York publisher Silhouette Desire in April 2005 after 13 years of submissions and rejections from publishers in New York and London. She has now contracted sixteen titles with Silhouette Desire. A Borders Group Number One Bestseller and and 2007 R*BY nominee, at last count Yvonne's books had been distributed in 20 different countries and in almost as many languages.

Learn the vital ingredients your book needs to attract an editor's eye and learn how to apply them to your work. Come prepared to work!

A: Make Your Characters Real - Yvonne Lindsay - 90 minutes
From cardboard cut-out to first deep breath—One dimensional characters? Don’t believe character’s motivation? Characters all sound the same? If you think you don’t know your characters well enough, you’re probably right. In this interactive session, learn how to define what makes a character real to you and how to project that reality to your readers.
